Buckley joined Harfst and Associates in June 2019. As a Relationship Manager she works closely with the firm’s group retirement plan clients and she assists with compliance. She also takes the lead on community relationship activities.

Buckley graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Southern Oregon State College. She grew up in Northern California on her family’s farm growing almonds, rice and cattle. She moved to Southern Oregon in 1990 and helps on the family cattle ranch and with haying when available. Prior experience includes working at a Marketing Firm for twenty-one years, developing marketing plans, strategizing campaigns and negotiating to ensure clients received the best value for their dollar in attaining their marketing goals.

She is actively involved in youth and cattle organizations, serving as Junior Advisor for the Oregon Junior Angus Association and is a 4-H Leader. Buckley enjoys traveling and spending time with family whenever possible.
