Tom Donegan is a managing director and Chief Administrative Officer of Investment Banking at Raymond James. Before his current role as CAO, Mr. Donegan served as General Counsel of Investment Banking. Before joining Raymond James, Mr. Donegan served as senior vice president and general counsel at AmeriLife and as vice president and Chief Acquisitions Counsel at Brown & Brown. Mr. Donegan received dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and Russian Studies and a master of business administration degree from the University of Florida. He received his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
