Danette joined Harfst and Associates in December 2010. Danette serves as the Chief Operations Officer and is a Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager.

Danette received her Bachelor's Degree from Southern Oregon University in business administration with a minor in psychology. She has over 35 years of career experience in the legal, non-profit, and investment industries with an emphasis on executive leadership and business management. She has also volunteered on several non-profit committees and board of directors.

As a Financial Advisor for our firm, she enjoys working closely with our multi-generation families. She also enjoys working with our non-profit and foundation clients as she appreciates and understands first-hand their needs surrounding board development, fiscal responsibility, and resource development.
